All tickets sold grant guaranteed, reserved entry unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of booking.

All prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely at checkout, and your tickets are delivered by email immediately after a successful transaction.

You are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including the correct date, time slot, and number of guests.

You may cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your selected time slot. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the visit are non-refundable.

The Vatican is a sacred site with a strict dress code: shoulders and knees must be covered. Visitors who do not comply may be refused entry without a refund.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your time slot to complete security checks.

We act as an independent intermediary and are not responsible for closures, schedule changes, or restrictions imposed by the venue. Where a visit is cancelled by the venue, we will refund the ticket price.
